Haha, well I'm off for summer now, and it's weird to think that I'll be graduating next year from college :dead:

that's a good way to look at it - I remember some field trips of when I took school back at home...they weren't all too exciting, like we saw Swan Lake once at the Kremlin, that didn't go over too well with most of the boys XD

Yeah. Like when we went exploring a cave, the guide kind of had to help us up a ladder. Only problem? The inside was damp and muddy, our PE uniforms were muddy and dirty and the guide JUST HAD to pull our arm. and his hands were full of mud so....our entire lower arm was full of mud. IT WAS AWESOME TO BE DIRTY!!

Sounds like some stuff the Loyola Mountaineers Club does. I'm not a member - didn't make the cut because of the dratted speed test >.< but I've a friend in there. ^^;

Of course, they concentrate mostly on mountain-climbing, to the point of holding contests - fastest or slowest climb, relay races, blind climbing, etc.

And then there's this place in my hometown called "Outland Adventure". Its got all sorts of obstacle courses - including a vertical one! O_o No matter how many times I've been there and done that particular course, it's still hard! Also, most of these exercises must be accomplished as a team, often with two or more members being assigned a particular handicap - mute, deaf, blind, missing a leg/arm, etc. I myself was one of the 'blind' ones once, and it didn't help that we were trying to tackle "The Wall". Its this 12-ft high wooden wall with absolutely no handholds or footholds whatsoever.

Hmm.... wonder what would happen if any of the Beyblade teams were to spend a 3-day camping trip there... =P

(Long post that had nothing to do with the topic lol)

I did went rappelling that time. So cool...and lying down on the cool waters of the flowing river...paradise....Several of us even dared to lie down and let the river move us while we relax and float to the other side of the bank!

sounds like a paradise....I know that our backyard was somewhat forested, and a small creek was there. My brother and I would always poke at the random things in it, but barely anything would be >_<

But since I'm doing wildlife sciences for college I'll be able to go outside much more often!
