No idea where to put this topic, if it should be moved, tell me.

I think only Yoai or Het pairings would be appropriate on this threadi n this section. Try not to flame anyone or be mean about pairings you like.

My personal favroite with very weird:

Bryan/Brooklyn.

There are only three fanfictions with this pairing in FF.net, and two of them are mine. It's the oppisites attract thing. Acctually I had an OC character I paired with Bryan, they were too alike so paired her with Brooklyn. Somehow when I subtracted her from the picture then they got pushed together. It's like A=B and B=C, therefore A=C.

Sorry 21CT, I have to say I could never even dream of that pairing... it just feels too odd o_O (yeah I know my mate and I are about the complete opposites but still...)

But my favourite pairing? Bryan/Ray. (I know some of you want to kill me now but it's just me... AND some others from this forum do like/love it too, I know that ) I've got... *counts* at least three different fics of that pairing... and two other fics, being shounen-ai/yaoi, too. And they're all either unfinished or so old that I should rewrite them because they're so c****y ._.'' *sighs* and I keep getting plot ideas for new fics...

For some reason Bryan/Ray doesn't work for me, Bryan's too physical and insane, I think Tala, Kai, or Brooklyn would be the only ones insane enough to balance him off. Bryan/Brooklyn makes no sense unless you're insane enough to accept a distoration of the fictional truth.

Oh I think I can out do you with odd favorite paring XD Tala/Kevin! <3333 Yes, I'm crazy I've probably read your stories over at ff since I like odd pairs but I'm a terribly lazy reviewer :S Sorry!!! N Bryan/Ray are close to cannon to me... But then... I don't think there's a pair that I don't like. Everything is about how the writer of the fic have worked with the characters. Tala/Ray is another fav of mine but I have to say that there are lots of really bad fics of that pair out there :S Anyway, I'm done rambling now XD

Am I missing a screw from my head or what? Because... since when has the equal

insane + insane = balance

been correct? To me that equals two insane people and chaos... And yes, some time back I paired up Tala and Bryan, but that was based on their deep friendship, deeper than one can describe with words. I don't pair them up anymore though, cos

sane + insane = balance

is the right way to do it, to my knowledge. And the sane part is Ray for me, thank you very much~

Anyways, I don't get why people pair Bryan up with Brooklyn or Garland or others like that... But you can like whatever pairing you want to like. *shrugs*

NONONO Hamano, by that logic, Sane+sane=works. Insane people could work it out. A sane person would be insane to date someone insane and think it'd work.

Okay. OCs. They should not be the main character in a story. Ever. Unless they are in a very passive narrator role. But making everything focus around a character who didn't even exist in the show...ridiculous. I've never seen an OC led story that is as good as one led by one of the actual characters.

TyKa: NOOOOO. I used to think this pairing was OK, before G-Rev. Then all the TyKa moments in that season created a new brand of TyKa fangirls, and the old ones mutated. They can't except that there must be an element of condescencion,contempt, disdain, or outright loathing in any love between them.

KaiRei: This pairing has always been perfect, and was usually the most popular, till G-rev. Both are calm, controlled, mature, perfect matches for each other. Now TyKa people have gained some power on KaRe and are a menace.

TyMa: This pairing makes sense. They're both pretty immature, but they get along well. This pairing was also hurt by TyKa's new popularity. It was never that popular, usually being used as a complement to KaRe. Poor Max. Who will he go with now?

KaMa: I've always adored this pairing. They are like opposites. Not popular over here at all. I think there are more Japanese fans for this than Americans.

ReMa: The TyKa people's response to what to do with Rei and Max after destroying Rei and Kai's perfect relationship. I've always liked this as a main pairing, as long as it's not a TyKa leftover pairing.

Kenny/anybody: He almost never gets paired up. I've paired him with Rei sometimes, as well as others.

Judy/Max: My OTP for het.
Hillary/Tala is A-ok as well.

Yaoi: Tala/Bryan or KaiMax (stick that in your craw, TaKa'ers.

Yuri: Hillary/MingMIng

Favorite overall: Sergei/Lily (MOI!) Or Sergei/Lily/Kenny. I don't mind when men fight over me.

SERGEI! But sometimes he is paired with Bryan...i dont know since they both are quiet and are teammates.

I think Bryan and Brooklyn balance each other out more on a violent scale then an insane scale. Basically if Bryan brings out Brooklyn's insane side, he could probably deal with him, help Brooklyn exercise it, and Brooklyn could (maybe) keep Bryan calm(er)

The reason why Tala/Bryan is because 1) They just fit and 2) Ladya C. Maxine fanfics. They are insane, but some how it works... I don't even like Bryan/Kai much, but Kai's more sane, and more grounded, and probably knows how to deal with Bryan's insanity.

Okay, not Sergei (who I luff greatly) I see him with an OC, not one of mine particularly, but just a girl (I see him straight, and I can't see it another way). I don't think anybody in the group balances him out, or would be good for him. Even though Sergei/Ian is super popular I just can't see it.

Omigosh XD mine is.....hm.....I'd say really Tala and Bryan, *I found a good fanfic on fanfiction.net involving em XD*. Even more so is.......Rick and Michael XD Friday I thought of it and looked on FF and found seven! I decided to write my own one shot *that is at least halfway done* and maybe a chaptered on since no one has written one yet XD They put rick as the dominant one, which makes sense though I can see Michael trying to take the lead too. He's not one to take anything from Rick sittin down ^_~ It is so different since they seem to hate each other, but oh well XD

And anyway, not all pairings are about truuuuuueee lvoe anyway! Now that I think about it Bryan/Sergei is tooooo hawt.

On live journal we had a community dedicated to the Demolition Boys and we had a member who loved the pairing so that she drew fanart and shared a few short fics with us ^_^ She was a good artist, I loved her artwork. I think she was...well, she had "werewolf" in her name, I want to say FireWerewolf or something.....I'll check cause now it is bugging me XD
